J&T Associates is currently in its seventh year of operation and is based at Maharajgunj, Kathmandu, Nepal. J&T Associates presently employs more than 200 Sales and Customer Service Agents and support personnel who are placed at various client locations.

Subodh Thapa, CEO and MD is a Graduate in Science, Hotel Management from the Oberoi School of Hotel Management and has 14 years of experience in Operations and Marketing of deluxe hotel products such as the Soaltee Crowne Plaza, The Fulbari Resort Pokhara and the Hyatt Regency Kathmandu as Director of Marketing.

Noor Joshi, Director and COO is Post Graduate in MBA with Gold Medalist, a Graduate of Marketing Management from the University of Central Queensland, Australia and brings with him the experience of Telemarketing and Customer Service in multi national companies such as Telstra Australia and McDonalds. His most recent position was Loyalty Program Manager at the Hyatt Regency Kathmandu.

Bimla Rana, Manager-HR/ Administration is currently studing MBA (Human Resources Management Specialisation) in IGNOU. She has joined this organisation since 2003. She used to handle  marketing aspects of many projects like DHL Pvt Ltd, Marco Polo Travels Nepal, Soaltee Crowne Plaza, Continental Developers Pvt Ltd , Hotel Himalaya Pvt Ltd, Le Meridien Kathmandu, Gokarna Forest Golf Resort & Spa. Currently she was promoted as Manager-HR/ Administration since April 2007.
